i do not think you relly needed a septorhinoplasty your nose suited your round face as it was it was masculine as needed.

Thanks for your reply harri2star – I had it done primarily because I can’t breathe through it, but also because it was not straight, had a big balloon on the end and a bit of a hump

These new pics seem to show exactly what you had going into the operation. A rather huge nose, indeed. I can’t wait to see what it will look like in a few months.
