What does a website cost?
The number one question we are asked is how much does it cost for a website. This is a difficult question to answer prior to understanding the specific goals of the site.  The question is analogous to "How much does an automobile cost?"  Our goal is to satisfy your need.  We therefor listen intently to you and then develop a proposal that represents a fixed-cost to you.  It is all inclusive.  We absolutely, positively will not quote a cost and subsequently begin a process of additional add-on charges and fees which is all to common in the marketplace.  We take pride in our comprehensive fixed-cost approach and GUARANTEE not to exceed our budgetary agreement.

How long does it take to have a website designed?
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site and the complexity of design. IWI DESIGN will always work within your time frame and conform to the budgetary guidance that has been agreed upon.

What are the maintenance costs on a website?
We offer a range of maintenance packages to update the content on your site. If you choose one of our content management packages you can update the site yourself! The only other cost incurred is for web hosting which we provide FREE for the first year. In the second year we will charge according to the price specified in our agreement.

What is web hosting?
Web hosting is your presence on the Internet. It is where your unique domain name is located and where your site is hosted, allowing access to your site 24/7.

I am currently hosted with another hosting company can I use my existing hosting?
In most cases you can use your current hosting source assuming that it remains compatible with your new or redesigned web site.

How do I switch from my current hosting company to your hosting?
We will take care of all the necessary arrangements to transfer hosting.

I am currently in dispute with my current web design company and I am afraid of losing my domain can you help?
If you own a domain name then no one can take it from you or hold onto it, even if you owe them money. Although we can't enter into disputes with your current web design supplier we can help you reacquire your domain name.

Do you offer e-commerce packages?
Yes, we offer full e-commerce packages enabling you to sell goods and receive payments online. We work with payments systems such as Paypal, Worldpay, Streamline, NoChex and many others.

Do you offer search engine optimisation?
Yes we offer a range of search engine optimisation packages.

Do you offer consulting?
Yes we do. Our Free initial consultation is to understand your company and your project. In addition, we also offer more in-depth consultations for a fee to those companies that need help in formulating their e-strategy.
